This is the fourth annual flight organized by the Century Flight Club of Canada. The Chairman of the 2012 flight is again TV host and Pilot John Lovelace.
The Century Flight Club has selected Northwest Territories for July 13 - July 20, 2012, The Canadian Wilderness Tour.
The Spirit of flight, the spirit of Canada , and the spirit of adventure come together in the Century Flight Club annual group flight. Plans for our spectacular 2012 adventure to the subarctic are well underway! This year our destination is the NorthWest Territories where we meet up in
the capital city Yellowknife. This city of adventure lies at the edge of the Arctic, in the heart of the wilderness on the scenic shores of beautiful Great Slave lake - home of the largest freshwater fish in the world.
Our journey into Yellowknife will originate in both Eastern and Western Canada and getting there will be half the fun. Senior flight marshalls from previous trips will be there to assist in daily flight planning with interesting stop overs and activities on each route. Our itinerary at Yellowknife is jam packed with daily fly outs, seminars and lots of activities on the ground. Join old friends and make new friends. Register early for best accommodation selection. Registrations limited. Organized by John Lovelace Adventures Canada, the leading TV and aviation touring specialists since 1997.
